Recent items from the Consolidation Action Team:

• The Strategic Planning Council is finalizing a draft of strategic priorities in preparation for distribution to both campuses for feedback.
• Reviewed proposed policy process, policy on policies, and policy template, and recommended additional revisions.
• Reviewed and approved change & transition management plan, recommended sessions begin as soon as possible.

The Consolidation Working Group will hold an open meeting at 5 p.m. today in the first-floor conference room of the GHS Children’s Medical Center.
